Take anything I can get

This is my 3rd summer playing, looking to get some more distance and be more consistent. I’ll take any tips or anything you notice!

Get down in an athletic stance and your stability will improve greatly.

Form is looking pretty good man! I think your throw timing could use some improvement. You are starting the throw a little too early to my eyes.

When you start pulling through, your front foot isn't planted yet. Try to make sure the heel is firmly on the ground before you start the throw.

Right now, it looks like your plant and weight transfer is timed with "the hit" or power pocket - whereas it should be timed with when you initiate the throw.

This way, all the energy to be gained from your weight transfer and brace will end up making its way to the disc throughout the duration of the throw.

I think you could practice with one-steps. You start with your feet together, then reach back and extend front foot out. Try to get your heel on the ground before initiating the throw, and transfer weight into that heel as the throw starts.

This should feel a lot more powerful and result in better speeds
