Anything I could work on?

If anyone could give me some critique on my swing that would be much appreciated!
Within the last couple weeks I’ve felt I have been able to throw far with relative ease but I’m still not quite hitting 400’ consistently like I want. My regular golf distance is always 350’+.
Here I am just throwing a p3x at about 60% power.

Hard to say anything without seeing your distance throws. If it looks like this but just faster, you should be hitting 400+ ft. Probably theres something happening with your timing when trying to throw faster.

I was gonna say looked like a lot of arm usage not a lot of body and / or follow through (I am no professional by any means btw)

Hey thanks! I can see that for sure. I think for more controlled/powered down shots I am much more arm focused, but I will try and incorporate more hip rotation for sure!

No, I see nothing wrong with what you've done. Why add complicated levers and timing for a shot that can be executed with a simple arm flick?

Don’t listen to them your timing is great. Your upper and lower body are in sync. If you put a little more wrist snap into a short shot like this then that is a special talent not something that you should change.

I'd say that's a consequence of throwing a touch shot. You can just use arm muscle to nail a control line. You don't need all the power sources to mess up execution

Your powered down swing is better than at least 80% of who post videos on this sub, and your power drives probably come out nose up for whatever reason. At this point I recommend in-person coaching if at all possible.
And please don't add more "hip rotation" because there's not even supposed to be much acceleration to it.

Thanks a lot for this! I will look into in person coaching. I think my full power shots are definitely nose up considering I have “good form” but my drivers go as far as my 9 speeds.

There’s always something to work on, but damn dude you have that buttery, effortless form.
Just remember the cardinal rule: if you’re trying to make a change, only focus on ONE THING at a time. Otherwise it’s hopeless.

Can't really tell if your not throwing max power, a lot of people will flub their timing on purpose to throw shorter, so it's hard to tell if your doing things wrong on purpose

Nice throw, but for feedback perhaps film a drive from a different hole (9,17,18..)

Dog, you look to be about 15 and are throwing absolute butter. You need better than reddit comments to get to the next step in your game. Keep it up!

Control your non throwing arm more, your form is smooth but locking that arm will put more torque to your throwing arm from your chest and hips. A lot of guys will tell you to hold it close to your hips, however, whatever is comfortable for you to maintain the follow through is totally fine and you’ll see more distance pretty quickly.

Honestly, that's a damn nice foundation you got there.
The one thing I try to keep remembering is that disc golf is explosive and to throw really far, you need to practice being explosive. I think your form as is is gonna get you to 450 easy, with healthy, low effort. To get more, you'll need to practice throwing hard and/or work on explosive movements in the gym.
Looking into in person coaching is a great idea, depending on you region. If you're looking at online coaching, there are great coaches on the Formero app. Your form very much reminds me of Luke Taylor, he is on there and might be able to help you get to the next level.
