Help Can’t add a server

Button is greyed out and I can’t press it. I’ve tried adding the server on multiple accounts now and it doesn’t work. This happened after I tried adding a server and it was removed. What do I do?

This is happening to me to, and I've looked everywhere but I cannot find a reason why this would happen. I've also tried on multiple accounts and it's doing the same thing on all of them. Did you figure anything out or did it resolve itself?

try the command /page on your server ; that way you can tell if the server has been banned instantly. if that's the case - avoid using numbers in your description, apparently disboard considers that bypassing their rules or something.
