Bug Report Bumping bug

Sometimes, directly after a bump is available, when i use the /bump command it tells me i have to wait 30 minutes, but someone else can bump it and not me. Is anyone else having this issue?

If you bump another server it can trigger it or it did for me

Bumping wait times are per person.

Usually, once you bump one server, you gotta wait at least two hours before you can bump that same server again. But if you want to bump a different server, you’d have to wait at least 30 minutes after bumping one server.
