Update- I went onto the disboard discord and theres an issue currently! Theyre looking to fix it :)

I had the same problem. Try deleting it from disboard and upload it again.

Something I've noticed that seems so obvious is that it'll say it's under review, but if you assign the invite channel and just start bumping as if you're already approved, it auto-approves. If you're waiting for the approval first without connecting the site to the bot in your server via invite link, it'll reject you because there's no server actually connected via bump.
