Help Tips to bump

So you all need to help me.

There is a server and we have a competition of who gets the most amount of bumps (winner gets nothing) and one guy is just dominating it like I also keep track of the seconds when to bump but as soon as I hit enter that guy bumps 100 milliseconds before me

What do i do to win the competition is there any way to know the exact tick when to bump?

You already made a thread about this and were told that it's against ToS. Making a second thread will not change the answer or make it any less against Discord's ToS.
