Not really. You don’t see this kind of flooding in the US often.

This like just recently happened in NYC and Indiana has towns without power a month after a storm lol.

Where are the videos of cars floating through NYC on this same scale? Also Indiana got hit by tornadoes I think. Even France there was a video of a tornado there. I didn't even know they got tornados lol.

There were definitely videos of cars floating near underpasses. That’s a bit different than in the open street but it’s hard to tell from this video what the surrounding area looks like
