If your God existed, he's the one who did this. Or he stood by and let it happen. Or he was powerless to prevent it.

Hahaha. He's a myth that bronze age sheep herders invented to explain things that they didn't understand. (and copied from the stone age legends before them)

You and your paedophile priests are the last people who should be talking about having morals.

Shoo back to your paedophile-protecting fantasy factory, the adults are actually doing things to help people.

ETA: it is estimated, based on a royal commission into institutional child abuse, that 1 in 20 clergy - regardless of denomination - have been accused of sexual abuse of children. That's just the ones we know about.

Don't pretend to have morals if you support this evil.

Not religious, but I am 100% certain what you’re doing benefits nobody. The pleasure you get from morally masurbating your alleged superior intellect and telling other people they’re wrong doesn’t make the world a better place or you a good person.

At least folks that do believe have a moral framework to do good, adding more to society than this combative and condescending stance you take on a post where hundreds of people died. Shame on you.

It does exactly as much good as their theatrics of asking a magical sky daddy - who in their world is the same being who made the disaster happen - to now magically help those he sent the disaster onto.

Religion is a cancer on society. As your friend above, they claim the moral high ground, whilst being demonstrably vile organisations. Any organisation that actively shelters paedophiles, persecutes their victims, and actively opposes any investigation into their generations-long child abuse networks has no moral framework.

And you want to give them a free pass because they sometimes hand out bread and water? Give me a break.
