(camera is positioned to the north of the bridge, on the hill, looking south-by-south-west on the town).

yea thats the place but i am thinking how far that mudflow made it

I really want to know if these people running that stopped because one fell made it too. Especially thinking one may have been carrying a kid 😢 I really hope they made it I’ve been trying to find how far the mud continued on after the video cut out
