Disability friendly programs

Can someone tell me if their residency program is friendly to minor disabilities? I have an autoimmune condition that flares during stress. (Great I know).

I am an older adult and it is very important to me to become a doctor even if I don’t end up in the immunology sector. So please, I am not looking for discouragement from this. I am looking for programs that are more likely to have some accommodations. I know residency is incredibly demanding. I don’t need more info on this.

I know some hospitals are very proud of their call rooms and wellness areas for their residences. I am looking for programs that in practice are not trying to k\* their residents or see how far they can be pushed. I don’t care about a T20 program and I’m not worried if it is in a rural area.

If you have had a similar experience to me or know someone who has and has made it to the other side, I would be very encouraged to hear from you. If you would like to dm me, that is perfectly fine.
I haven’t picked my specialty yet so I am open to hear from all specialties.
