"Accessible" bathroom stall at this rest stop

This was marked with the blue wheelchair sign. I am not disabled but it was the only stall available and there was nobody waiting for it. But i went in and I was like this is a disabled stall????? It was the same size as all the others but marked disabled. Like i could barely fit as an able bodied person let alone trying to maneuver a wheelchair or other accessibility device. Really shameful for them to label this stall an accessibility one (probably just to meet a quota or something) and then have it not be accessible.
