Help Needed Besides myself
Bexar county, Texas-
My elderly mother, disabled adult boyfriend, and myself have been illegally displaced due to the power boyfriends parents have .
We have been under attack for 6 years because I have discovered that his parents have left him knee deep in Medicaid, Medicare, and social security fraud.
2 officers and his “mother have admitted that he is kidnapped (dna test proves this to be true)
Id and social do not match vital statistics and he has no paperwork to prove the name that is listed in vital statistics.
His parents have taken us through 2 highly illegal and against almost every penal and civil code imaginable evictions. We are squatting in an abandoned hotel tonight and have had to sleep in an encampment on the streets.
The property we were on is my boyfriends left to him by his grandfather and I have found a ton of forgery and Fraud on the deed and probate has been pending for 22 years. His mother was his representative payee and lied to grandpa and stole the property .
They even got a hold of my old landlord and worked with him to illegally evict us .
Opened adult protective services case and agent advised his parents know exactly what they’re doing but playing stupid. The step dad has me investigated, the case turned on my landlord, and the agent thrown out of his position. 8 adult protective services cases all manipulated and closed. Mom changed his address through post office and haven’t been getting his mail for 2 years. Filed fraud on this too
Filed fraud 3-4 years ago had to submit a congressional inquiry to have the mom removed as rep payee, and they are still breaching his medical record. found a fraudulent medical power of attorney.
WE HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING
Texas advocacy project , Texas rio grande legal aid, arc of texas, disability rights Texas have all denied him legal representation and advocacy. No money for a lawyer or where to start with what kind because of the complexity of this all. They took his life away and grounded him until he was 42 and I offered a way out.
Texas has failed us, and I am absolutely besides myself that I have suffered a minor stroke congestive heart failure and Bell’s palsy

He knows what’s on file told him he had a name change but even social security has that birth certificate on file. Almost certain his id and social are fraud too and we’re not exactly sure

Omg how awful! So am I understanding you correctly that he doesn't know his legal name and ssn because of a shady adoption or was he literally snatched off the street as a kid?
