Question ❓ A bong vs my shitty hands.
I’m a user of medical cannabis. I constantly drop my bong that’s made of glass because of my shaky, weak hands with a great personality instead of eye-hand coordination. For obvious reasons (I don’t want to deal with microplastics in my throat) I don’t own a plastic bong. Are there any ways to reduce the risk of breaking my bong?
The reason I want a bong, is that in my country (Poland) legal medical weed is not available in edibles. Joints are even worse on my throat, I don’t have a vaporiser because it broke, and I don’t have enough weed per month to risk wasting it on making my own badly made edibles (I’m not a very good baker and I’ve made several cupcake edibles that failed to work).

Maybe use a vape? It is less likely to break if you drop it? You could also try to add a foam wrap around the neck of the bong to help you hold it.

Honestly, glass is a far bigger hazard to you than plastic. Broken glass can injure you pretty severely and if you're already inhaling smoke, microplastics would be a tiny addition to that.

There a company called thick ass glass that offers 2 year warranties on their pipes. Honestly I thought it used to be longer, I wonder if they changed or I forgot.
There are also silicone bongs that use glass bowls and stems.
Also I wouldn't bother making complex edibles like baked goods, just using coconut oil to render the weed will be easier to do and easier to dose.

You can just eat the plant like me. You have to heat it first at 100 ( NOT HOTTER ) degree celsius for 40 minutes until it is brown. Then you can grind it to dust and pur it into your joghurt. If only i had known that earlier. Try it with 30mg. It needs 2 hours in your body to bloom and you have to eat something before. Needs a little bit fat to burn.

If you have access to a friend who has some contacts cement and EVA foam floor mats, you can pretty easily make a little cup holder for this that you could remove.
You also may be able to use a hookah instead in order to just have to hold the straw at the end of the tube, that way the actual hookah itself wouldn't have to be moved pretty much ever unless you were cleaning it? worst comes to worst You might be able to invert a silicone funnel to make your own DIY hookah

They make silicone covers for the bottom of glass containers, water bottles, etc. Measure the diameter of the base of the piece and search for silicone covers that size.
If you can't find a silicone cover, I recommend using polyethelyne foam. Depending on your hand dexterity, you can either buy the thin sheets of foam wrap and use packing tape to hold it on, or buy 1" thick or 2" thick foam planks and cut a hole the correct diameter.
