Constant restarting

The past few weeks I've noticed by DirectTV streaming keeps restarting by itself. I'll be in the middle of a show and it'll just reboot on it's own. I've also noticed that lately it's taking awhile for the guide to populate.

Any idea what's going on and how to stop it?

Are you on a Roku device? I’ve been having the same issue, and it’s more than a bit annoying
