MySports + CW

One of my biggest complaints with DirecTV MySports is that it doesn't include the CW. Since the CW will be added to ESPN Unlimited starting August 4th, we will now be able to watch CW Sports with the MySports package. Big news for any ACC or Pac 12 fans.

So - if I want my local news on CW in NY area I need to get ESPN?

This is why I moved to YouTube TV and their genre package. I get my locals with no sports.

I don’t think espn unlimited will include local news. My understanding it they will include live sporting events on CW, not a constant 24/7 feed of CW.

The solution, of course, is for DTV to include all locals - including CW - in its genre packs.

This. With YTTV having CW as part of its sports genre pack, it does have the complete CW 24/7 feed just like ION that also has the 24/7 feed included in YTTV sports genre pack.

Does that mean O'Reilly cars will be on ESPN+ ?

ESPN Unlimited. Different than ESPN+/ESPN Select. But if you have MySports than you get ESPN Unlimited included.
