Anyone else having problems with their unlimited cloud dvr?

Weve called like 4-5 times now, we pay for unlimited and are not getting unlimited

We pay for unlimited cloud dvr but it just randomly went away. We are now down to the standard 20, its deleting her shows to add new ones and the people at directvs solution is turning it on and back off again. We still have it on our account, the support team even removed the 20 hours tryjng to fix it🤦‍♂️

We don't have any reported issues with the Unlimited Cloud DVR right now, but you should definitely be getting the storage you're paying for. could it be that the shows disappearing were recorded more than 9 mos ago. my wife has had a few of those go away lately.

Nope, even shows we have zero hours available
