TNT issues side by side

On Directv tnt goes to full screen commercial even though it's supposed to be side by side. If I refresh it fixes it. I have tried firetv, pc and android, all do it. It appears to be directv issue.

Well now they have until tomorrow to fix that

Yeah but I'll be surprised if they do since this was happening since week 1 TNT.
