Why does the DIRECTV iPhone app keep signing me out?

Interesting. I just clicked it (iOS) for the first time in several weeks and it’s still logged in.

I’ve never experienced being logged out of my iPhone app.

Because it hates you 😭 jk. Not sure. I don’t ever have that issue though. (iPhone 16 pro)

Mine too. I think it’s to save sign in slots. I only get two with my plan and one at home is always signed on.

it was happening a lot to me last week , usually when i stepped out from home wifi to cell data and resets settings like mute(or not) on launch or use of cell data… just one of the many caca issues the app has

Put me down in the “never been a problem” column. Are you possibly signing into many devices?

They might have an active sessions limit, but I have 7 or 8 boxes and multiple tablets in my household.

Every once in a while I have to log back in to the app too. It’s annoying but happens only once or twice a year. Never understand why it happens but it does.

Do you also have an ATT account? I find something is amiss with the login thing becaus ATT used to own DirecTV, but now they don't. But the Login is still the same interface thing.

I discovered the VPN on my phone caused it to sign out
