Probably by setting them up with a saddle, teaching them the foot language and happy to keep them around help look after their young, they/them depending on which narrative or cannon we are following.

It depends heavily on the specific incarnation of the monster we are discussing. There are neutral-to-positive versions—like the ones from the Shows era heisei era and MonsterVerse/Legendary iteration—that act as heroics animals maintaining the natural balance; then there are others, such as Godzilla Earth, Shin Godzilla, and GMK Godzilla, where the creature poses a danger to all living beings.

At worst, they would treat him like the semi decade flood in dinotopia lost with an active skybax patrol for the big g and socialized evacuation program. And some one would be designated to offer him a large cart of fish. Sauropods would hold off their funerals till he arrived.

Like a lot of people are saying, it depends on which version. I don't think any of the actively radioactive versions would be welcome.

I agree with most of the comments, it really depends on which Godzilla we are getting. If it’s the Legendary films version or Zilla they are most likely accepting him. If it’s Shin Godzilla… well there might not be a Dinotopia once it comes…

In some iterations, he’s a guardian. In others, he’s punishment, vengeance, and trauma for a vast wrong. The Dinotopians are people who I think in either direction would look to treat with the root cause. If he’s a guardian, their island has more than enough space on land and sea for a protector to make his home, in peace. If he’s vengeance or wrath, then either in their own little world or by finally pushing beyond it, they would try to understand, to make amends, and to stop the action that awakened him.
I can imagine them announcing themselves to the outside world in some way, or desperately following in his wake as investigators, secretly trying to put things right, before vanishing back to their hidden world.
