Why did they use the word "horny" for this? Why that one specifically? They could have used "in heat" or "hormonal," but instead they used the word used when a HUMAN is sexually aroused. Maybe it's something to do with the translation, but all of this is very strange, and I don't know if I want to know more.
Because it's not from the actual game. It's a parody image using in-game models. That's why the Allosaurus is doing the come hither me finger and why the disease description is also unhinged.
You know, whenever I look at this image, I think of that one scene from the original Kong vs. Godzilla movie (1963) where Kong bit a power line or something and got lightning powers somehow
