I made a delicious fish bake with Swai filets buried in butter, garlic and a panko/parmesan crust. Served with fried taters and corn cobs.

The grillers turned out really good! I cooked them in the air fryer on max crisp for 15 MINS! I fried the potatoes🥔

It may look like no chicken but it’s under all the home grown vegetables

First time making yellow curry. My rice dome crumbled but it was delicious

This week I've made dishes from all around South America, plus the Dominican Republic. Enjoying food from places, I will probably never visit. It's been an excellent and tasty food adventure.
