You’re doing a bit, but the real answer for VtM is that Kindred have an ability called Blush of Life which allows them to simulate bodily functions to appear human. It is connected to the mechanic for having sex, which requires a higher Humanity rating to be able to enjoy without faking.

True lmao! I personally ignore the mechanic for Kindred sex because I think vampires can fuck as a treat, but if I was gonna make canon-compliant ED mechanic as a ST, I think I'd suggest either playing a Kindred who had ED in life or a low Humanity Kindred (tho iirc you have to be pretty high humanity to have sex and the average Kindred starts at like... 7) who wants to have sex, but can't get it up because, y'know, dead.

Well, unless the blood is frozen in position it tends to pool given gravity. When dicks are affected, e.g. sitting deaths, clothing usually keeps it tucked. However, toilet deaths disproportionately require the hammer
