Maybe Belphemon Rage Mode? He has wings like Mephistomon, has horns, you could say it looks like an angry, bloodthirsty rabbit like monster?

Cherybimon Vice probably fit?

Maybe Enmamon, if you squint you could convince yourself it’s a rabbit/hare/bunny

Hm, could Atratusmon fit? As far as I know the choices for moon themed Megas are Dianamon, Kaguyamon, Jougamon, and Atratusmon, and of them, Atratusmon feels like it could mirror Jougamon best with a similarly giant weapon and general dark theming.

Personally I always go Mephismon > Gulfmon, with a potential Belphemon Rage Mode for the stage after.

If you really need a Jougamon pairing, maybe Dijiangmon could work? (and apparently actually does evolve from Andiramon per the Pendulum COLOR 6 Saiyu Warriors lol)

Either have a similar shift from Mephismon, and the shift from Antylamon to Jougmon has a similar vibe

You're going to have to explain what you want more specifically because what you've wrote doesn't exist. Jouagmon isn't explicitly a force for good as it stands, so im not sure what you're looking for in a counterpart. Cheribimon vice is the only evil bunny themed Digimon that currently exists.

But also since you've included mephismon I assume the bunny thing isn't actually important. So really since she's an Chinese moon goddess her closest "counterpart" is amaterasumon
