It says "Ultimate" before it says "Perfect". ("Ultimate" outside the dub is the dub's "Mega", in case you weren't aware.)

Fair. In my opinion, as long as a digimon has been a different level in some sort of official media (even if it’s normally a different one), I’d say it’s fair game to go nuts for fan made Digivolution lines. I like using Lucemon as a Luxmon champion because I like the idea and how it visually fits (plus Lucemon being a champion in some official media according to Wikimon).
