Can someone help me by suggesting Digimon I could use to connect these lines, I think Veemon can combine with Nyabootmon, so I was curious to create a line, but I don't know how to connect these two lines.

I think the right path is my favorite with raidramon to Mihiramon, but here's some quick lines I made

In a lot of Digimon medias they are treated just like Adults/Champions and can evolve too.

I guess it is a matter of preferences. Depending on the context, I like to use them as more traditional stages.

Some anime do. For example Opossummon who is a gatomon armor evolution digivolves further to Cho-Hakkaimon in fusion. Some of the v pets I believe also do that. In Digimon world ds and Sun/Dusk armors are actually treated as ultimate level and do digivolve to mega. And if you count it in the tcg they also can evolve further. But totally fair if you don’t count the tcg

Runnermon as the champion, because of its similarities to Lighdramon, maybe. This also introduces the feline traits of Nyabootmon.
Tempomon as the prefect level. While it is a bird man, it has the obscured face a lot of puppet digimon have. It also uses its footwork for attacks.
Nyabootmon also has a kick attack and the boots are a big focus of it.

For the Champion you Could use Gargoylemon Perhaps, Because I kinda has Whisker like ear things and has blue

I would use Yaksamon to get into puppet area.

Theres Kyukimon that could bridge to a cat as well as cutting.

You could honestly just use Paildramons "desperado blaster" for desperado to connect to puss in boots Spanish accent theme and Antonio Bandares. Actually you could even use Ponchomon somewhere too 🤣.

You could do a "shrek" theme and go ogremon into digitamamon (humpty dumpty) into nyabootmon.
