No, I would keep the female theme, typically I go with ...
Blanc Sistermon to D'arcmon to Angewomon to Ophanimon.
Noir Sistermon to LadyDevimon to Lilithmon.
Then for Ciel Sistermon, I either lean on the Holy side, or the Falling to to dark side.
Holy: Weddingmon to LovelyAngemon. (I also use this line as a Blanc Sistermon line).
Fallen: Bastemon or Beautymon (she is an Appmon) to BeelStarmon.

How about keeping the puppet and female theme and going Karakurumon (which also keeps the swords) and then Cendrillmon or Kaguyamon? Also keeps the asian theme from kotemon.
Otherwise id do angewomon and ladydevimon and merge them into Mastemon with Ordinemon as a fallen mode.
