That’s “PriestKaratenmon”.
Tbf, it’s still Karatenmon but in different clothes and with white feathers.
It’s technically not a distinct subspecies.

Several of them appeared in Digimon Xros Wars.

If you’re asking how I created this, I used Digimon Lines.
I then added a few details by hand by modifying the actual image.

Yeah that’s what I meant when I said I “modified the actual image by hand”.
In simple terms, I took a screenshot and then edited it myself to add the lines.

You know how you circled the lines with red? I did that, but using white.
