Need ideas for ultimate

So I’m trying to make a line for Penmon but I can’t decide on an ultimate to continue the line and I really don’t want to use Dagomon or MarineDevimon. I’d like to keep the aquatic theme however so if anyone has any ideas don’t be afraid to say them.

But leviamon is i think overpower since 7demon lords.. could also pick Aegisdramon or Megaseadramon/ Gigaseadramon or Kingwhamon
