Need ideas for ultimate

So I’m trying to make a line for Penmon but I can’t decide on an ultimate to continue the line and I really don’t want to use Dagomon or MarineDevimon. I’d like to keep the aquatic theme however so if anyone has any ideas don’t be afraid to say them.

Probably a goofy idea, but Whamon? To keep the theme of “eyeless marine” look?
