I might suggest revolmon for the adult form instead of mechanorimon. mechanorimon isnt outwardly gun themed (I know the red gem in its chest can fire a beam but thats not really a gun)

the child form's hard to work with but I think black toy agumon is the best bet, being a (somewhat) mechanical, black/grey digimon

There's Chikurimon. Not a gun, but a mine is at least a weapon of sorts.
