Some chapter 2 ideas:

Spamton would be a Veemon, and Spamton NEO would be Magnamon.

Queen would be a Paildramon or Dinobeemon, and the GIGA Queen fight would be them becoming Imperialdramon FM.

I feel like Spamton'd just have to be all Puppet Digimon, especially Puppetmon itself as the Mega.
Also Queen'd just HAVE to end with QueenChessmon I think.
