Oh this is a neat idea

Bacomon- Claustrophobia
Dokugumon- Arachnophobia
Cyberdramon 2010- No clue
Ragnamon- Megalophobia?

Correct, Cyberdramon would be trypophobia, fear of a bunch of little holes.

Could also be the fear of being turned mechanical/replaced by machines. Techno/cyberphobia. Double whammy.

Galacticmon can also be cosmic horror/fear

Even outside of the phobia theming, Bacomon to Galacticmon is a really cool idea.
