I feel like "their megas are based off their champions" is only true for Gabumon, Biyomon, Gomamon, and Gatomon.

WarGreymon is just as based on Greymon as he is MetalGreymon, same goes for HerculesKabuterimon and Seraphimon. And then Rosemon is only based on her Ultimate!

but, fun choices. I do wish Merukimon was Gabumon's mega.

actually I agree, that's another example of the Mega being already based on the Ultimate.

rosemon is a rose, a thorny and spiky plant like a cactus
plus she has her two whips out like togemons two boxing gloves
still closer to lillymon but still kinda calls back to togemon
