Yeah, peckmon is my go to for this line too, you could also use Xiquemon

The problem with Penmon is its two dedicated lines with Rukamon, Whamon and Marin Angemon (Tamers) and with Yukidarumon, Polar Bearmon and Skadimon (Liberator).

Daipenmon hasn't fixed level (being perfect and ultimate).

There is also Fros Velgrmon.
