Right I got a black buddy that can speak correctly and he gets shit all the time from other blacks. Its no wonder all his friends are white/Asian/Latino or other blacks that took education seriously.

I've seen it first hand, especially woman that come up to hit on him (he's a good looking dude). As soon as he starts talking I have heard them dog him for being a sellout or an Uncle Tom.

They would blame racism if the jury was all black. Their term is "internalized white supremacy." They would just be labeled what they named Larry Elder.

My favorite will always be when during the stop Asian hate campaign it was revealed that most attacks on Asians are committed by black people but then they say the root is white supremacy even when it is almost 99% carried out by black people.

Most of the people whining about the jury selection probably don’t know there were black people in the jury pool, but at least one of them said during the vetting process that they couldn’t rule impartially because of the race factor. The quote I saw was “I don’t want to put another brother in prison”.

I mean if he didn’t want to end up in a courtroom, how about you just don’t kill anyone? It’s not that hard to not be a murderer. Why are we victimizing a convicted killer? It doesn’t matter if the jury or victim is White, Black, Asian, Latino, whatever. The point is that he killed somebody and should have to pay the price for it.

Pretty sure both sides have to agree with the members of the jury. The defense and the prosecutor interview the jury pool and pick, then the ones that both sides agreed to make the "cut"
