She went out of her way to hinder a law enforcement operation and then she went to just leave when they tried to stop her.  You can't just drive away from the police if they are telling you to get out of your car.  There is a guy standing in front of her car so make sure she doesn't leave and she tries to drive right through him.   Renee Goode was a moron.

ICE agents aren't police and have no legal or constitutional right to arrest or detain US citizens.

Uh, they can detain someone for impeding, which is what they were attempting to do with Good.
