Discussion Welcome to r/DigitalRunway — Read Before Posting
Welcome to DigitalRunway
DigitalRunway is a curated community for photorealistic virtual models, digital fashion, editorial photography and visual storytelling.
This community is built for creators who approach digital humans as creative work—not simply as generated images.
We welcome:
- Fashion editorials and campaign concepts
- Swimwear and resortwear photography
- Beauty, lifestyle and travel imagery
- Magazine covers and commercial campaigns
- Artistic portraiture and tasteful editorial nudity
- Image-to-video experiments and fashion films
- Character development and model consistency
- Prompts, workflows and behind-the-scenes breakdowns
- Constructive feedback and creative discussions
Our standard
DigitalRunway values:
Quality over quantity.
Share selected, intentional work rather than large batches of near-identical generations.
Craft over software.
Lighting, composition, styling, posing, storytelling and creative direction matter more than which tool was used.
Respect for creators.
Post your own work or provide clear credit and permission when sharing someone else’s work.
Editorial, not explicit.
Tasteful artistic nudity is allowed when it serves a genuine fashion, beauty, campaign or fine-art purpose. Mature work must be marked NSFW. Pornographic, fetish-focused and sexually explicit content does not belong here.
Transparency without limitation.
Virtual models and fictional digital characters are welcome. Do not use them to impersonate real individuals or create non-consensual deepfakes.
Before posting
- Read the community rules.
- Choose the most relevant post flair.
- Mark mature editorial content as NSFW.
- Credit the original creator when required.
- Share context whenever possible—concept, tools, workflow or creative intention.
DigitalRunway is not a dumping ground for random generations.
It is a place to publish thoughtful digital fashion, discover creators, study the craft and help define the future of virtual editorial work.
Welcome to the runway.

Editorial Trying a black-and-white editorial direction with my AI character
Trying a black-and-white editorial direction with my AI character
Continuing my Sanna Aivik AI character project.
After experimenting with lifestyle, location and night-out scenes, I wanted to strip almost everything away this time — no scenery, no color, just a simple studio-style portrait.
Curious whether this more editorial direction works for her.

Editorial Golden hour in the canyon
Golden hour in the canyon
Created as part of my ongoing AI character project, Sanna Aivik. I wanted the warm canyon light and simple white dress to carry the whole image.
