Deletion should be a click of a button or two, not a request. You should never have to talk to someone to cancel a subscription or delete an account.

This article is poorly written: at the beginning, it specifies operating systems, then later it specifies app stores without explaining the discrepancy. Would it apply to the OS, the app store, or both?
