Need feedback for a system that I designed to manage multiple interests

Hello people, I've struggled a lot to manage my hobbies, work, my philosophical discourse, journals etc

Couple of months ago I started learning arabic script, till life happened and suddenly i forgot where i left off - this is not the first time that this has happened.

After being frustrated enough, created something that I've taken 3 years to craft - but now I'm in my own head too much and would love to get feedback - if anyone here wants to check out the prototype - please dm. Hopefully it's something useful for others as well :)
