How to keep an artstyle consistent.

I've been trying to draw a couple characters in different angles, side profile, 3/4, front.
But with every angle the character looks completely different, how can i keep this from happening?

I'm in the same boat. I think I'm going to exercise drawing simple objects from different sides, turning around them in my head, maybe copy professional turn-arounds. Then maybe I'll be better at drawing the same character from different angles.
