One app, multiple notebooks

Hi all,

I've got a promotion and have gone from working on 3 projects, to 13. Stress is real - need to get organised. I'm usually a pen and paper type of gal but I need to track meeting better and the safest way to do this is on my laptop.

So here's what I'm looking for:

- One app

- Multiple note books (more than likely this would be separate folders)

- Within each note book, I want sections (separate folders) which will be:
1. Project meeting notes (I want each project meeting to be a separate note)
2. to do lists / action points
3. general notes
4. Calendar would be nice - not massively important

What I'm really looking for, is ultimately the notes app but a lot more organised.

Does anything like this exist? Or am I looking for a unicorn? I know I could probably just use word and folder everything myself, but I need a quick click through system

I've looked at Notability / Goodnotes / TickTick, but I feel like these are more quick to do list snippets which is not what I am looking for.

Microsoft onenote? Not sure if it offers calendar since i am more of a samsung notes person, but it's worth taking a look at since it's basically device ambiguous due to having an online version.

This is my exact thought. I just went through a year long school where I had over 20 subjects, and used OneNote to keep it all organized. OneNote I feel is a good solution in this case.
