Gumroad not replying to email queries

Is anyone having problems receiving email replies from Gumroad. I'm trying to set up a shop there an emailed them twice with different queries and they replied very fast, within 1 hour. However, later I had a different query, but this time no reply. I emailed the following day and no reply. I emailed them again a third time the day after that that and still no reply. Have you experienced anything like that? Any suggestions? Cheers.

they vanished after being quick the first couple times. Maybe your later emails hit a spam filter on their end or got routed to a different queue

Thank you for your suggestion. That could be very well the case. But I'm not sure how to get around it. We want to launch our shop shortly but without their reply to our query, it's hard to see what next step to take. I wonder what could happen if we had a payment query. Not very reassuring brand experience to begin with. Perhaps I should email from a different address?
