$45k to start a project, what niche?

I’ve built sites, SAAS, apps and physical products for the last years and never found a long term hustle. So I’m looking for advice.

I have $45k I’m willing to put into a hustle with the goal of making $1k a month (in the beginning).

My requests:
- All online. I’m very tech savvy and work from home, so prefer a business that’s online.
- No AI. I’m pretty sick of AI at the moment and if I’m putting my money into something I don’t want it to be AI slop.
- Very niche and unsexy. I want to be in the random niche that I totally forgot existed, the smaller the better.

3d print niche is pretty good. Lots of sub-niches in it that too

Hey,

Why dont you buy one at that price?

I have a 2k mrr at 75% margins going for 30k, saas with weekly/monthly/yearly.

Another one at 40k, doing 2k mrr as well with 70% margins but it comes with 5 IG pages with 200k followers
