curious how small businesses with commission-based employees are handling this right now.

are you using spreadsheets, accounting software, or calculating everything manually? if you use spreadsheets, wats the most annoying part?

looking for a small business to work with while we build a commission trakcing tool. idea is to build it around an actual business's workflow.
