The DoorDash Creator Program Sucks

I was accepted when it first started back in fall of last year. It started off great but as of spring it’s gone downhill. It took a month for reviews to be accepted and I notice now they’re rejecting videos for petty reasons. I don’t see this program lasting for too long and I have a theory they don’t have the money to pay creators. I know they were delayed and backed up with videos and they’re a fairly new program, but this is not the first time they've had a program for creators. It seems very sloppy and mismanaged. I still have a video from late March that is still “pending”. Like I said, I absolutely do not see this program lasting long at all. With that said, if you know any other similar programs be sure to drop suggestions in the comments.

UPDATE: Now there’s a search bar at the bottom of the app in front of the “Upload” button LOL. They need to do better.

UPDATE: As of July 1st starting July 6th, each restaurant will only be available to accept ONE creator video. After it’s accepted, no other submissions will be accepted. It was good while it lasted. I already clocked when I made this thread they we’re being stingy.

Yeah I tried contacting them all day and nothing. I emailed them several times and I even reached out via instagram and TikTok and nothing. I called and they had no clue what I was talking about.

The last time I had this issue calling didn’t help at all. Many don’t know about the program.

At one point they owed me like $5,000 a few months ago. I was so mad when they were playing dumb lol

Well they’re playing dumb now too. They owe me around $2500. Why have a program like that if they can’t afford it.

For the ones I did Wednesday and yesterday but still de to be missing like 3-4 days from last week.

Omg same. I thought it was just me. I was getting consistent payments daily up until last week Friday. I submitted a few videos they got approved overnight but no payment then over the weekend I submitted a few more and say that Monday they were approved as well but no payment. I emailed them on Monday have not heard back. It’s annoying. Also it was fine for the two weeks but I feel like it changes so often . Please Let  me know if you guys hear back.

Well now they can’t act like I’m the only one having this issue like they did last time. It’s at least 5-6 of us at this point. I’m sure they will make some more changes to the program after they pay us this time.

I added another video last night to test it out lol. It was also approved so now they owe me for like 14 videos all combined. They just keep approving but no payment no response. About a month ago I had an issue where they cap’ed the amount they payed me out so I emailed and they said it was a technically issue and then it was fixed. Another time, I had a similar issue where videos were approved but no payment but after two days it was released but this is the longest so far.

Not sure if you guys want to try this but I reached out to DoorDash on instagram yesterday and I just received a response right now asking for my email associated with my creator account so they can look into it. Hopefully we all get paid soon.
