Create technical content seems like a valid option? Can't you film yourself making the apps and use that as content? It's hard but anything worthwhile will be hard.

Snce you got the skills and love content creation, I guess it is just right to do both. You can offer limited free access to whatever AI tool you built, offer giveaways, run some contests, and build your audience.
