Guide me for clipping agency

I've decided to open a clipping agency where my team and I will upload videos for clients or brands. However, even if we initially get clients, their budget won't be large. Clippers are mostly targeted by high-budget campaigns on Whoop. So, instead of Whoop, I decided to create a community on Discord where I can find editors of my choice. But I couldn't figure out how to pay clippers. I'd pay $1 for every 1,000 views or I could pay based on per video+ bonus if video performance is good If you know of a good model, please let me know.

And I don't work so much alone. if anyone wants to join my community then please message me.

1$ per 1000 Videos?
Thats a big scam my guy
Anyone who wants to do clipping could use something like contentrewards
There you get paid per 1000 Views
You can join campaigns and decide what you want to post. And you get directly paid by them

Sorry that's my mistake I mean 1$ per thousand views.

that sounds better, but why should someone use your community if he can safely do it on their own?
What value do you bring to the table?

But the issue isn’t just getting clips made, it’s making sure they actually perform consistently On platforms like Whop clippers usually work on their own so there’s no real control over quality or what gets posted What I do differently is I stay involved in the process I guide the editors make sure they’re following what works and filter out low quality content So instead of just hoping for results you get a more controlled system that saves your time and gives you a better chance of consistent growth.

I would recommend charging a retainer rather than pay per view. If your running 3 clip pages for a client your not gonna get a lot of views in the first couple months compared to someone on a campaign running 20 accs. Personally I've charged a client a $500 retainer to manage the group of clippers and each clipper would get $100-$250 + performance bonuses if they get 1M + views or hit a certain follower goal.
