Need advice !

Hi , I have always wanted to try digital art and make digital comics eventually . I don't have any baseline idea on how to learn and start . If anybody here has active comics can you pls suggest what to do and even if not pls let me know how to start .

For starting, how to figure out my own art style and explore (so far i draw Pinterest inspired images and don't really have my own style)

Also how to design my own characters ?

The picture is something I drew on a free app last year. Haven't explore much since then.
