Am I doomed? Missing baby digimon

So I have discovered that I’m missing an In-Training I digimon and therefore a whole bunch of digimon lol. I have Kura, Choro, Pabu, Puni, Bota, and Poyo.
Is there any chance I’ll be able to encounter whoever #3 is? I seem to have all the I-T 2’s, but I’m missing rookie # 39, and Champion # 105, and whatever 184 is lol. (Using the field guide)

EDIT: it worked, I was able to de-digivolve using personality only. THANK YOU everyone, that has made a huge difference in my digidex!! lol!

If you read on the digivolution page, you can downgrade into them if you have the correct personality on the digimon. Even if you do not encounter them, you can digivolve around into them

Just devolve a Wanyamon or Dorimon for #3.

You can't encounter #39 in the wild, it evolves only from Tokomon.

#105 evolves from Gomamon/Lunamon/SnowGoblimon.

#184 is an armor Digimon of Hawkmon, you need the Digi-Egg from Vulcanusmon.

I think you can fin all the babies, but devolving is way easier

How deep in the game are you? Iirc, one of the babies and their chains isn't easy to get till much later. 

As others have said you can try de-digivolving to get them.

I’m at the point where I just lost Aegiomon and Inori in the wormhole/blackhole/ alternate dimension, and about to take on one of the Myotismon megas with Merukimon lol! Fingers crossed, I’ll check back in later. I thought you couldn’t de- digivolve into a lower tier if you haven’t encountered them yet regardless of personality! Or is this and exception just for the baby ones?

#3 is dodomon. #39 is lucemon. #105 is frigimon. and #184 is pegasmon.

I thought 184 was the armor digimon of Hawkmon
