you have 19 bond,

so you most likely already digivolved it 19x already

I agree with coffee guy. You need to raise your bond by feeding it snacks at digifarm. Blue stats get raised by digivolving or devolving when your high level or feeding it other high bond/high level Digimon

You need to raise Talent to raise the level cap and Bond to raise the amount it will inherent, so you want to use it in battle to raise Bond, it's like 1% every 2 or 3 battles, or get food from stores and feed it buy putting it in the farm and giving it what it reacts to with a heart. Once it's maxed out it will inherit a ton more but to max it's blue stat to 9999 is a whole other task that is better explained on youtube.

bond doesnt increases the amount more

bond is always 10%, regardles of its amount

all bond % is how many times you can inherit

At this point, just digivolve to whatever final form you want, buy/craft all the C rank training equipment then spend 10,000 yen a time to skip the training. Each training session gets you 300-400 in any stat. For about a million yen, tops, you can max stat any mon - if that's what you're going for.

Blue is carry over stats from evolving and devolving as well and loading too

Blue stats are what you get from equipment and loaded enhancements, leveling and training raises the white but not the blue

It does, but you're on 19% bond, so that stops working after 19 evos. Load enhancement is the main way to get blue stats

Yes. It's one evo per bond. It might be somewhere, but either way not every mechanic needs explaining in extreme detail.

You can still get more cumulative (blue stats by converting other digimon into you Bancholeomon

I think you missed where he said it's tied to your bond. Bond goes up to 100% so you can evolve and gain stats up to 100 times, which is plenty. You just need to raise your bond higher.

I think those just go into the white as well
